All our rooms are wheelchair friendly.

2 rooms are fully adapted (bathroom and room) for disabled guests.

All hotel rooms are equipped with a carpet, except for 3 rooms. Ask the reception for more information and/or when you would like to book these rooms. Note that the bedding is not allergy-free and pets are still not welcome in the room.

For your customized breakfast, ask the reception upon check-in.  Mezzo Hotel & Business offers a limited range of gluten-free products for your breakfast.

Unfortunately Mezzo Hotel & Business cannot provide you with an extra bed in your hotel room.

The blankets used in the rooms are made of 100% polyester.

Our cushions are made of cotton/polyester.

Your bike can be stored in our underground parking, this is a closed parking.

Mezzo offers E-bike rentals @ €20/day/bike.

Breakfast is a buffet style with a variety of rolls and sandwiches, fresh fruit, yoghurts, various cheeses and cold meats.
During the week breakfast is served between 6:30 am and 9:30 am.   During the weekends and on holidays between 7:00 am and 11:00 am.

In our atrium you can find a copy corner where guests can copy their documents without extra charges. Copy in black/white and in colour, in A4 and in A3 format.

You are able to check-in from 03:00 pm onwards. When you arrive earlier check-in is possible upon availability. Ask our receptionist or contact us through email for more information.

Mezzo Hotel & Business recently had several underground car parks equipped with charging stations. These provide enough power to charge during the night.

The costs are determined by the provider of the personal charge cards.
We charge €1 per hour for the parking space 

The reception closes at 11:00pm.  The night reception is only reachable for emergencies.  For a late arrival you need your reservation or confirmation number to check in @ kiosk.  This number can be generated through Mezzo, Booking.com or HRS. In case of doubt, please contact the reception before 10:00pm.

You are able to check-out untill 12:00 pm. When you want to check-out later, ask our receptionist or contact us through email for more information.

In our atrium there are lockers present for you to store your luggage when you are not able to access the room yet/anymore. The lockers can be provided with a lock.

Forgotten something? A pick-up can be scheduled quickly through a courier like DHL:  Pick Up DHL.

We will store lost items maximum 1year.

Is compiled by the guest himself based on the breakfast buffet.  Preferably to be requested in advance @ the reception or at your reservation.

A lunch package costs € 17,00/person/day.

Outdoor parking is always free and sufficiently available.

The secured indoor parking costs €12.00/night/car. Underground e-parking spaces are also available. For more information about e-parking, see: “Electric or hybrid cars”

Accepted payment methods are VISA, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Vpay  and cash. Accepted companies can pay by bank transfer.

The restaurant Bistro Belge is operated seperately from Mezzo Hotel & Business; therefor it is not possible to charge the costs on the hotel bill. On weekdays open from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm.  . During the weekends only on Saturday evening.   Kitchen always closes at 9:30 pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. 

This service is not offered.  There is a vending machine at the ground floor with soft drinks, beers and some snacks.

Coffee and tea is offered for free @ lobby.  Water is available in your room as well as @ lobby.

A safe is provided in every DOUBLE-room. By using a password that you yourself created all your small belongings will be stored safe during your stay.

The fine of smoking in the building is € 250,00.

We have a few preferred taxi partners which we can recommend.  But unfortunately we cannot guarantee their service!  For about €90,00 they will take you from Mezzo Hotel & Business to Brussels Airport.
